Participation in any event, award, or initiative promoted through the Services constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms.

Armenia Awards operates as a platform for the promotion, organization, and management of events, awards, and recognitions ("Events") aimed at enhancing talent, projects, and creativity in various fields.

The Services include, but are not limited to: publication of calls for entries, collection of applications, evaluation processes, communication of results, organization of ceremonies, and awarding of symbolic or material prizes.

2.1 Nature of Awards

The prizes offered may vary for each Event and are described in the relevant call for participation. Armenia Awards is committed to describing the nature, value, and delivery methods of each prize in a clear and verifiable manner.

Users who participate in Events ("Participants") agree to:

• Provide personal and application-related information that is complete, accurate, and truthful.
• Respect the deadlines and participation methods indicated for each Event.
• Guarantee that they hold all rights to the material (texts, images, videos) submitted and that it does not violate third-party rights.
• Behave respectfully and fairly towards the organizers, other participants, and judges.

Armenia Awards disclaims any responsibility for false or inaccurate statements or copyright violations committed by the Participant.

Armenia Awards provides the Services "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall Armenia Awards, its organizers, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Participation in or exclusion from any Event.
• Errors, omissions, or interruptions of the Services.
• Loss or damage of submitted data or materials.
• Decisions of the judges or outcomes of the Events.

4.1 Changes to Events

Armenia Awards reserves the right to modify the dates, format, jury, or prizes of an Event due to force majeure, committing to promptly communicate any changes to the Participants.

Some Events may require a participation fee. In such cases, the amount, payment methods, and terms for any refunds will be clearly and transparently specified in the Event's call for entries.

Generally, participation fees are non-refundable, except in the case of Event cancellation by Armenia Awards. A Participant may withdraw from participation but is not entitled to a refund of any fee already paid, unless the call for entries expressly provides for different conditions.

Participants retain full intellectual property rights to the material submitted. However, by participating, they grant Armenia Awards a non-exclusive, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use the material (e.g., project title, selected images) for promotional purposes of the Event and related activities.

All website content (logos, texts, graphics) is the property of Armenia Awards or its licensors, and unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Armenia Awards reserves the right to suspend or exclude a Participant from an Event or deny access to the Services in case of violation of these Terms, misconduct, or provision of false information.

The Participant may cease using the Services at any time. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

Armenia Awards may update these Terms periodically. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
